Karl Geiger wins qualification in Garmisch

Karl Geiger (GER) won the qualification for the New Year's competition of the 68th Four Hills Tournament and demonstrated his top form. The 2nd overall rider flew at 139,0 m in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Tuesday and raised high hopes for the competition on Wednesday (14.00 p.m./ZDF and Eurosport).
