Lisa Demetz has had enough: “My joy in sports has been taken away from me”
Lisa Demetz was once one of the great hopes in Italian winter sports. She was considered a pioneer in the national ski jumping scene. After a Junior World Championship title, a victory in the Continental Cup, a World Cup podium (the first ever for an Italian woman) and two World Cup participations, she has decided to put an end to her career. And this at the tender age of 25. In the interview below, Demetz tries to explain the reasons.
