Maren Lundby wins Raw Air

At the end of the series on three ski jumps in Norway, the 24-year-old Norwegian also won the jumping on the large hill in Trondheim on Thursday ahead of Juliane Seyfarth (GER) and the Austrian Eva Pinkelnig. Lundby had previously won in Lillehammer.

The two Val Gardena women Lara Malsiner (15th) and Elena Runggaldier (16th) once again jumped into the top 20.

In the overall ranking of the series, which was also held among women for the first time, Lundby distanced second-placed Althaus by the equivalent of around 31 meters. Thanks to her strong performance in the last competition with jumps of 131 and 137,5 meters, Seyfarth moved past the Austrian Daniela Iraschko-Stolz in the overall ranking and secured third place.

Lara Malsiner finished the Raw Air tour in 15th place, Elena Runggaldier in 20th place.

Olympic champion Maren Lundby won the Raw Air ski jumping event and secured prize money of 35 euros.
