Slovenians dominate Planica qualification

Karl Geiger qualified for the ski flying individual in Planica without any problems, but also without a brilliant performance. The 29-year-old flew 219 meters in Slovenia on Thursday, placing him 17th in the qualification. The Japanese Ryoyu Kobayashi, who leads the overall World Cup, flew five meters further than Geiger and came eleventh.
