Recently, some Azzurri ski jumpers traveled to Stockholm to undergo special training. Using a flight simulator, Alex Insam & Co. were able to recreate a jump and hone their technique. The best ski jumpers in the world have been training in this facility for years, and the Azzurri were very happy.

“I thank President Roda for giving us the opportunity to make this trip. The athletes had the chance to enjoy many valuable minutes in the simulator,” explains technical director Federico Rigoni. South Tyrol's only ski jumper Alex Insam was also enthusiastic. “That was an incredible experience,” commented the native of Val Gardena on Instagram.

Now the Azzurri want to return to the real ski jumps in Predazzo and Planica. As is well known, you can also jump there in summer.
