Cesare Pisoni: I expect more than a podium in the slalom We started the season much better this year than last year. That's why the balance sheet is good. Even though many would have hoped for more in Telluride, the race in North America was good. Aaron March achieved his best World Cup result in the giant slalom with fifth place, Roland Fiwickeler came 11th and was only eliminated by a paltry 0,2 seconds. Here in Carezza we are the team to beat in the parallel slalom. But we are also a force to be reckoned with in the giant slalom. The women are also in good shape. In Landgraaf they achieved strong results, with Nadya Ochner, who came fourth, and Andrea Tribus with 17th place. Nathalie Egger achieved good qualifying times and Corinna Boccacini is now returning to the team, coming back from knee surgery. She has enormous potential. If she's doing well, she can get on the podium. Now we are looking forward to the home race. South Tyrol is known for its perfect organization. This is Carezza's first time hosting a World Cup race, but you can feel the passion that goes into the work here. Yes, we feel really at home here. What do I expect? More than a podium in the slalom and also a podium in the giant slalom.

Roland Fischler: The competition will look at Aaron and me

I'm taking the home race here in Carezza in my stride, just like any other race. That's why I didn't do anything different in preparation. My family will be there at the finish, but that doesn't matter to me. I will try to give my best performance. In giant slalom it might be a little harder for me because the slope is very steep and the snow is aggressive. This isn't necessarily ideal for me. But in the slalom I can be at the front. There the competition will see what the fastest room in the world (Roland Fiwickeler and Aaron March, editor's note) does. It's been two months since the win in Landgraaf and I've already put it out of my mind, so I'm not overly nervous or under pressure. Winter is only really starting now. And as I said, the competition will be more interested in what Aaron and I are doing.

Aaron March: I'm more likely to be ahead in the slalom - but maybe everything will turn out the other way around I prepared well. The races so far have gone well for me. I feel very safe on the snowboard. I will give it my all and it will definitely be a great race. Where do I expect greater opportunities? I'm more likely to be found further ahead in the slalom. But I take both races equally seriously and seriously because I feel strong in both disciplines. And who knows, maybe it will work exactly the opposite way than I think...

Nadja Ochner: I know exactly where to attack

I've already raced in the European Cup in Carezza, so it's not new for me. I know the slopes and the whole atmosphere. I know where I have to be careful. I was more excited in America because I had never driven there before. After qualifying, my goal is to place in the top 16. After that, anything can happen: anything is possible until I win.

Andrea Tribus: Give it full throttle and see what happens

I'm still very calm at the moment, but I'll definitely be more nervous tomorrow morning. I'll give it full throttle tomorrow and see what happens. My goal is to do two good qualifying runs to get into the top 16. So my goal is to be able to drive parallel.
