Stock sport: World-class performances from Prast and Lanz

Prast catapulted himself to 191th place on the women's world best list with 4 points in one round, while Lanz catapulted himself to 198th place on the men's world best list with 15 points in one round. With 191 points in one round and 343 points in 2 rounds, Prast achieved the best results of a South Tyrolean woman in the target competition, Lanz achieved the third best result of a South Tyrolean in the men's competition with 198 points. District champions were Alexander Cosso (Niederdorf/341) in the East district, Josef Aichner (Teis/334) in the Mitte district as well as Matthias Morandell (Kaltern/343) for men and Karin Prast (Moritzig/343) for women in the West district. At the U23 and U19 Italian Curling Championships on Sunday in Brixen, Fabian Eder (Kaltern/604) in the U23 and Georg Mumelter (Terlan/560) in the U19 secured the titles in the target competition.
