Giving the bobsledders a sufficient grade is generous. In general the balance is positive, only the Nordic disciplines are a tragedy. What's going on with the talent, the women's diving team was one of the best in the world, now they are aiming to reach the final round at the Olympics, where many good athletes are not taking part. The Nordic combined athletes were up for good results until two years ago, but now it's almost embarrassing. The tobogganers deserve their own run, the rich country of South Tyrol has money left over for so much nonsense, a toboggan run could really look out of it. Isn't the Olympics coming to us now? Perhaps we should try to get ahead of scoundrels like those in Cesana who are letting their new toboggan run go to waste.
