South Tyrol's long-distance shooters are crowned B world champions

Thomas Pichler (ASV Schenna) achieved a distance of 120,72 meters in his second attempt and was thus crowned B world champion of distance athletes. Together with Damian Denicolò (ASV St. Lorenzen/113,48) and Hannes Unterberger (AEV Stegen/112,70), the “Azzurri” also won the team championship with 346,90 meters. Marion Huber (AEV Stegen) took eighth place in the qualification (297), two positions ahead of Melanie Eder (EV Moritzing/SV Mölten), who had 280 points.
