5-0 win: HCP warms up for Ritten

The game, which had to be canceled on Thursday due to heavy snowfall, was a very clear affair. The Wolves made short work of the guests from Canazei right from the start and took a reassuring 3-0 lead in the first third. Max Oberrauch, Alex De Lorenzo Meo and Armin Hofer hit the mark. Before half the game, Nate DiCasmirro and David Laner increased the lead to 5-0. The home team then scaled back two gears and secured victory over time. It was the sixth success en suite for the HCP, while Fassa's series of bankruptcies continues in the twelfth game in a row.

Two South Tyrolean duels on Saturday

However, the Wolves didn't have time to fully enjoy the victory with their 800 fans in the Rienz Stadium. Meanwhile, HC Neumarkt has a tough challenge in the form of second-placed Asiago in the Würtarena.

5-0 win: HCP warms up for Ritten

HC Pustertal continued its successful run in the Alps Hockey League on Friday evening with a shutout win against crisis club HC Fassa. The Bruneck team continued to keep a clean sheet in 2018.
