AHL: Everything is ready for the big summit

The starting position is as follows: The Buam are at the top of the table with 51 points, the Wolves are lurking in second place, only four points behind. The fact that the duel is becoming a real hit is not only due to the table constellation, but also to the explosiveness that it exudes. The two finalists from last year's Serie A final will face each other in Klobenstein. In addition, the HCP is the only team that was able to defeat the Rittner Buam in the current championship. On October 5th, the Wolves won 3-2 overtime in the only previous meeting between the two clubs. So everything is set for an exciting ice hockey evening.

But it's not just Derby time in Klobenstein: there's also a purely South Tyrolean duel in Neumarkt. There the Unterlandlers meet the Broncos Vipiteno, who are currently one of the teams in the strongest form and have won six of the last seven games.

Val Gardena, on the other hand, has a mammoth task ahead of it: The Furies go into the game against Jesenice as blatant outsiders - also because the Ladins have recently lost four games in a row and have now slipped back to third-to-last place.
