AHL: Ritten wobbles but doesn't fall

Trembling victory for Italian champions Ritten on matchday 22 of the Sky Alps Hockey League: The “Buam” beat the “Wildgänse” away in Neumarkt on Tuesday evening against the “Wildgänse” after a 1:3 deficit with 5:4 goals in the penalty shootout. For Ritten it is the 14th win in the 17th derby against the Unterlanders. In the table, the Rittners extend their lead over their pursuers Pustertal to nine points.
