A total of 9 goals were scored in the 66 games - that's an average of 7,3 hits per game. The Rittner Buam burned a real firework of goals against bottom team Linz and won 8-1. Julian Kostner and Ryan Obuchowski particularly stood out, each scoring a brace. The Rittners maintained second place in the table thanks to the sweeping victory and therefore took 2 bonus points into the second round.

Meanwhile, HC Pustertal finished the regular season in third place. On the last day of the match, the Wolves' strikers were also allowed to let off steam, which is why they won 5-0 against the penultimate team Vienna. For the HCP, however, this game was nothing more than a test for the Serie A final: from Tuesday, the Wolves will fight in a best-of-3 series against Asiago for their first championship title in the club's history. The first game takes place at 20 p.m. in Brunico.

Only Val Gardena loses The Wipptal Broncos finally fought for a 4:3 win against the KAC and are now starting the Qualification Round with 3 bonus points, in which the last two play-off tickets will be fought for. The key man on the ice on Saturday was HC Bozen loanee Ivan De Luca, who scored a brace to help his Broncos win.

HC Gröden, on the other hand, ended its regular season with a defeat. There was a 1-4 defeat against Salzburg in front of national team coach Clayton Beddoes. Especially in the first third, Val Gardena was too careless with its chances, while Salzburg acted ice-cold and deservedly won the game. Val Gardena ends the regular season in 13th place.

Incidentally, Asiago celebrated its biggest win, beating Kitzbühel 14-3.
