17 teams: The AlpsHL field of participants is set

The Alps Hockey League will start its sixth season with 17 teams. With the reigning champions Olimpija Ljubljana and the finalists of the 2018/19 season, HC Pustertal, two teams left the AlpsHL for the ICE Hockey League. The remaining 14 clubs will also be there next season. In addition, three new teams, the Zeller Eisbären, the Vienna Capitals Silver and HC Meran, will take part in the cross-border league.
