From 18 to 15 teams: Suddenly the AlpsHL is shrinking

A month ago everything indicated that 18 teams would tackle the 7th season of the Alps Hockey League (AlpsHL), which begins in September. As we learned from well-informed circles, from September onwards “only” 15 teams – two fewer than last winter – will be contesting the cross-border championship.
