At the start of the semi-finals: both South Tyrolean teams lose

At the start of the AHL semi-final play-offs, both South Tyrolean teams suffered defeats. While HC Pustertal had little to report in Asiago for a long time and only started to catch up at the end, the Rittner Buam lost at home in overtime against Jesenice.
