Continental Cup: Nottingham defeats Atyrau in penalty shootout

The second matchday in the Continental Cup final in Klobenstein opened with the match between Beibarys Atyrau and Nottingham Panthers. The Kazakhs lost their opening game on Friday against Ritten in a penalty shootout with 2:3 goals, but the English defeated Odense Bulldogs 2:0. Today Atyrau also lost 2:3 in the penalty shootout, with Chris Lawrence scoring the decisive goal for the British.
