The duel Pustertal - Ritten goes into the next round

HC Pustertal – Ritten Sport The top game takes place in Bruneck's Rienz Stadium, where the Wolves ask the Rittner Buam to dance. The game between the two local rivals can now confidently be described as an “eternal duel”. After Ritten asserted itself in both the Italian Cup and the championship final last season, the HCP took revenge last week with victory in the Supercup. In the first meeting of the current Serie A season, both opponents will each have to provide one of their best attackers: Giulio Scandella is missing from Pustertal, and Luca Ansoldi is not available to Ritten.

SV Kaltern – HC Neumarkt

There is also a lot of prestige at stake in the derby between Kaltern and Neumarkt. Both clubs have had a sporting rivalry for years that has captivated both fans in Überetsch and those in the lower part of the country. The Broncos from Vipiteno also need to polish up their balance sheet. In the direct duels with Cortina they are behind with 3:9 wins. However, these statistics are irrelevant in the upcoming home game against the Ampezzans; rather, the first point win of the season should finally be secured.

HC Asiago – HC Gherdeina

A real test awaits the current league leaders from Val Gardena, who will face Asiago on the third matchday. The Odegar Stadium is considered a difficult fortress to take, especially since Asiago also won its first two games against Milan and Ritten. The Ladins have shown in their previous appearances that they don't have to fear any opponents. So nothing stands in the way of an exciting duel.
