HC Bozen gets the playoff ticket

The White-Reds celebrated a 512-4 away win in Laibach on Sunday evening in front of 1 spectators and thus finally secured their ticket to the knockout round.

Schofield and Pance paved the way for the eventual victory with a double strike in just 15 seconds in the first period. Oberdörfer and Pance again made the decision in favor of the Foxes in the middle third. There was nothing more possible for hosts Laibach in this anything but spectacular game than Logar's consolation goal.

However, it has not yet been decided who will move into the playoffs as the second team alongside Bozen.

HC Bozen gets the playoff ticket

The Foxes qualified for the playoff quarter-finals on Sunday evening, one game day before the end of the qualifying round. The Talferstadt team will finish the intermediate round in first place in the table, regardless of how the Tyrolean derby ends on Tuesday against HC Innsbruck in the ice wave.
