The Vipiteno AHL squad is ready

In defense, Dominik Bernard and Markus Trenkwalder and possibly Jonas Steiner will take the remaining positions. There is still a small question mark behind Steiner, who was born in 1996 and who played a game with the first team for the first time in 2012/13, as he has been suffering from the effects of a head and neck injury for the last two years, but the training process has continued last few weeks is encouraging. Markus Trenkwalder (38 games, 1 assist) and Dominik Bernard (14 games), both born in 1997, also played with the first team last season.

Michael Delueg (1997), David Gschnitzer (1996), Matthias Mantinger (1996), Simon Pitschieler (1997) and Felix Tschimben (1997) will be used in the attack, while Hannes Clementi (1994) will help out sporadically, as he did last year becomes. Delueg is returning to the wild horses after two years with the Eisbären Berlin DNL team. The strong offensive wing was able to fight for a place in the Eisbären's youth squad and scored 73 goals and 13 assists in 16 DNL appearances. Last season alone there were 41 points in 25 games. Gschnitzer, on the other hand, has already been on the ice in 61 games with the first team, but the two-way center is still waiting for his first scorer point. Mantinger was able to score two assists in 2014 games in his first Serie A season in 15/30 and last season he scored his first goal against HC Gherdëina. The Kalter native has already played a total of 75 Serie A games.

For Pitschieler, 2015/16 was his first season with the Broncos' senior team. He managed one goal in 35 games. Tschimben, Pitschieler's congenial strike partner in the Broncos' youth teams, will play his first Serie A or AHL game this season, but he has already been able to get a taste of senior air. With his hometown club Kaltern he scored 32 goals and 4 assists in 10 Serie B games last season. Finally, Hannes Clementi has played 12 games with the Broncos over the last two seasons.

Deanesi receives tryout contract

Denny Deanesi is currently doing a tryout with the Wild Horses. With a height of 1993 cm and a weight of 190 kg, the winger, born in Trento in 91, brings a lot of water to the offensive and was able to score 38 goals and 11 assists in 4 Serie A games with Kaltern two years ago. His tryout runs until September 5th.

Mair's future is still open

While Hannes Stofner will probably no longer be available for professional reasons and captain Philipp Pircher announced the end of his career some time ago, discussions with Patrick Mair are still ongoing. His future is still open due to professional reasons.

The Vipiteno AHL squad is ready

The WSV Sterzing Broncos Weihenstephan has defined the provisional squad for the coming Alps Hockey League season. The squad was completed by numerous young players.
