The Buam wrote: 4:1 against Val Gardena

The first home game started very badly for the Rittner Buam, because in the tenth minute Fabrizio Senoner gave the guests from Val Gardena a 1-0 lead with a power play goal. However, it didn't take long for the home team to react: five minutes after conceding the goal, Julian Kostner scored when he was outnumbered.

In the second period, Ritten tightened the reins decisively and turned the game around within six minutes. Brendan Cook put the team from the high plateau on the road to victory with a quick brace before Luca Ansoldi made the preliminary decision before the second third siren. In the last 20 minutes of the game, Ritten extended the three-goal lead without any risk.
