An old saying goes: "If you're still playing ice hockey at Easter, you've done everything right." However, this theory has little value in Ritten and Asiago. The two teams want to do much more than just play ice hockey; they want to be crowned new champions at Easter. However, the two opponents are each missing two wins from winning the title they long for. However, it is very questionable whether they will achieve two successes in a row, as the series has been extremely even so far.

All four previous matches ended either in extra time, in a penalty shootout or with a difference of just one goal. The title decision could hardly be more exciting. After Rittner's penalty victory on Thursday evening, the cards have been reshuffled before game five. Will the goalkeepers decide the final?

The two goalkeepers, on the other hand, could play an important role. On the other hand, Fabian Weinhandl also put in a solid performance on Thursday after his elimination in game three turned out to be a clear mistake. The Italian-Canadian from Asiago suffered an average of 2,62 goals in the playoffs, while the Austrian was only defeated 1,90 times per game. It will be interesting to see how the two goalkeepers deal with the pressure situation in the decisive finals and whether in the end the young Marozzi takes a significant step towards the title with Asiago, or whether the experience of Weinhandl and his team-mates from the reigning champions will be useful claims.
