Serie A starts the first “English week” of the season

The Italian champions welcome coach John Parco's team on Tuesday. The white-reds want to keep their clean slate at home and also not lose touch with the top of the table. Brian McCutcheon's team has the best defense in the championship (six conceded goals) and can fully rely on Günther Hell. Asiago, on the other hand, still has to digest the bitter home defeat against Valpellice and wants to triumph away from home for the second time on Tuesday. Bozen has to do without Christian Walcher again. Parco, however, will be without defenders Dan Sullivan, Davide Nicoletti and Stefano Marchetti, whose return is scheduled for Thursday evening.

Milano Rossoblu – Hafro Cortina

In the new edition of the championship final of the 2006-07 season, two different teams will meet on Tuesday: The Milanese, who celebrated their first full points win in Canazei last Saturday, are relying on the home advantage on the seventh matchday. The opponents from Cortina, on the other hand, are still chasing their first win of the season and had to give way to the people of Bolzano at the Olympic Stadium at the weekend. De Bettin and Co. got the last point on September 22nd when they lost out in the penalty shootout against Alleghe. Milan will continue to be without Francesco Borghi on the ice, while the deployment of striker Luca Ansoldi is still unclear. The Ampezzans have to provide defender Luca Zanatta.

Alleghe Tegola Canadese – Fiat Professional Wolves Pustertal

The Wolves want to seal their seventh win in a row on Tuesday at the Alvise De Toni Stadium. The Pusterers celebrated a shooting festival against Pontebba on the last matchday and continue to lead the Serie A table. Alleghe, on the other hand, wants to get back to winning ways after the defeat against Ritten on Saturday and also defend its fortress, in which the Bellunese are still unbeaten this season. The home team can use all players, apart from the surplus transfer card player Luka Tosic, while the black and yellow still have to compensate for the loss of Thomas Erlacher, who has been injured for a long time.
