Two days before the start of the Serie A2 championship, the six South Tyrolean teams presented themselves to the media at the Hotel Sheraton in Bolzano. HC Neumarkt Riwega: Neumarkt club president Ivo Visintin sets the tone: “After the good performance last year, we have once again entrusted the team to Coach Wilson. We want to reach the final this year.” Due to the new additions of Werner, Ciresa and Faggioni, this goal is no utopia. It will be interesting to see whether the team from the Unterland will make the big leap to the top of Serie A2 this season.

EV Bozen Mirò Dental: “We learned a lot last season, now we want to roll up the field from behind and hand the red lantern to another team. We have put a lot of work into the squad and provided our young players with two strong veterans in Jasecko and Intranuovo,” said Günther Ebnicher, who expects the Blue-Whites’ performance to improve this season.

HC Gherdeina: The sports director of the traditional Ladin club, Andreas Prinoth, has also clearly defined the goals: "Numerous talented locals, three strong transfer card players and a very experienced coach in Erwin Kostner - with this composition we want to be at the forefront again." HC Meran Nils: President Patrik König spoke to the Black and Whites from the Passerstadt: “The place in the table is initially second place for us.
