The Wild Goose have to react

Just three days after the bitter defeat in Trent against Klagenfurt AC, the Wild Goose are back in action. The trip goes to the “Ländle” to EHC Lustenau, which has recently been reeling with three defeats en suite. The Vorarlbergers suffered one of these defeats at HC Neumarkt, of all places, when they won 4-3 in the Würtarena last week. This was another setback for Lustenau, which went into the championship with high ambitions. Another followed on Saturday in the 2:5 in the derby against Bregenzerwald.

While Lustenau continues to lag behind expectations, the HCN has recently shown a clear upward trend. Four of the last six league games were won, but a bad aftertaste was left after Saturday's defeat against the bottom team from Klagenfurt, which had not yet won.
