Eagles South Tyrol celebrate their second win of the season

Although the game doesn't necessarily go particularly well for the home team at the beginning - the Southern Stars are practically alone in front of the Eagles' goal three times - the dominance of the game is obvious in the end. When the Eagles' machine finally warmed up, the Southern Stars, who can count on some players from the Slovenian national team, came under increasing pressure. Even an exceptional talent like Pia Pren, who was rightly named the best of her team in the end, was hardly able to make an impact. But it was also the Slovenian's first game this season. Among the players in Fredy Püls' team, Valentina Bettarini particularly had a great appearance with 3 impressive goals and 2 assists. Melissa Piacentini had two goals and one assist, Chelsea Furlani and Eleonora Bonafini each scored one goal and contributed three passes, while Hanna Elliscasis and Nicole Renault each recorded three assist points. In the early stages, when the Eagles had not yet got into the game, goalie Daniela Klotz, who made way for Martina Marangoni in the final period of the game, was able to intervene decisively three times. Captain Chelsea Furlani kicked off the goal festival shortly after the middle of the first third. After the spell was broken, the Eagles were regularly successful. By the middle of the game it was already 4-0 for the Eagles and that meant the match was already over.

The Eagles South Tyrol will play their next EWHL game on October 8th in Bratislava against ŠKP Bratislava.

Eagles South Tyrol celebrate their second win of the season

Yesterday the Eagles showed themselves in the steamroller version on home ice and ultimately won the game clearly with 9-0. This is their second win in their third EWHL game, having already scored once against Aisulu Almaty.
