HC Bozen is close to being accepted into the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga. The Italian record champions have now met all of the admission criteria; by Monday lunchtime only the eleven other clubs have to vote on whether the white-reds will take part; the signs for a 12-a-side league are very positive.
