The Broncos were able to field their best team in the home game against Meran, while the Passerstädters were missing the ailing captain Max Ansoldi. The encounter began on an extremely poor level and so the fans had to wait until the 19th minute before TJ Caig missed the opening goal for the first time. Immediately before the half-time siren, Thomas Mitterer from Merano missed a good counter-attack opportunity. The spectators were also offered lean ice hockey food in the second third. Only when Meran was allowed to play in the majority was the goal spell finally broken: Michele Ciresa scored with a powerful shot from the blue line to make it 1-0. Meran then holed up in front of its own goal and tried to defend its narrow lead. However, this only succeeded until the 56th minute, when Tobias Kofler scored from a commotion in front of the Meran goal to make it 1-1. A few seconds before the end, Daniel Frank had the winning goal again, but he was denied by Charles Corsi. So both teams had to go into overtime. Hannes Stofner and TJ Caig initially found excellent opportunities there, but they remained unused. Things got even worse for Vipiteno when Caig, of all people, had to go into the cooler. Taggart Desmet used the power play to let Vipiteno die “sudden death” and secure Meran the two points.

Leader Eppan went into the encounter against HC Gherdeina with a broad chest and all his strength, in which captain Fabrizio Senoner and Gabriel Lang had to pass. It only took seven minutes until Jan Waldner shot the HCE into the lead. At this point, two people from Val Gardena, Simon Vinatzer and Benjamin Kostner, were sitting in the “cool box”. The guests couldn't find their way into the match afterwards and quickly had to accept the 0:2 by Matthias Eisenstecken (14.55). In the 31st minute, a serious injury to Oliver Schenk caused shock: the man from Val Gardena remained unconscious on the ice after a duel on the boards. The HC Eppan club doctor provided first aid before Schenk was taken to the Bolzano hospital by the rescue workers. Only after the visibly shaken players gathered together did the referee decide to continue the match. The home team extended their lead to 3-0 six minutes later through Tobias Ebner. In the final third, however, the Ladins showed sensational morale and initially made it 2:3 with goals from Ivan Demetz and Gabriel Vinatzer, before Kevin Senoner scored 17 seconds before the end to make it 3:3. With this goal, Senoner secured at least one point for Val Gardena, because in the end it wasn't enough for more. Because in extra time Patrick Wallenberg decided the game in Eppan's favor.

Neumarkt continued its successful run with an easy win against EV Bozen. The Unterlanders were able to make the most of their home game in the Würth Arena, while the recently strong team from the state capital had to make do without Marcello Platè and Christian Timpone. The first of the nine goals was scored by HCN defender Alex Sullmann, who shone with a shot from the blue line. In the final minutes of the first third, Neumarkt extended the lead to 3-0 with two goals from Michael Sullmann and Nick Bonino. At the beginning of the middle period, EV Bozen weakened itself again with an unnecessary penalty and had to accept the fourth goal by Rudi Locatin. After 29.10 minutes, the guests were also allowed to play: Stanislav Jasecko scored, giving Martin Rizzi the lead for the first time. He was given priority over Alex Caffi in the Neumarkter Tor today. Immediately before the second break, both teams increased their scoring output with goals from Matteo Peiti (Neumarkt) and Dylan Stanley (EV Bozen). When the latter scored his second goal to make it 55.57-3 after 5 minutes, something like tension arose for the first time in the Würth Arena. However, this was nipped in the bud by an empty-net goal from Rudi Locatin. This was also the final score of 6:3.

The “Hechte” had more trouble than they would have liked in the home game against Pergine, although the 5:3 victory was only in serious danger in the final minutes. Kaltern went into the match weakened due to the absences of Daniel Spinell, Mirko Quinz and Alex Tauferer. However, Pergine was also missing three players: Davide Conci, Andrea Meneghini and Luca Mattivi. Hannes Oberdörfer and Federico Gilmozzi from farm team partner HC Bozen helped out. It was also HC Pergine who opened the scoring in Kaltern: former Überetsch striker Pontus Moren scored to make it 1-0. However, the Sandlin team turned the game around before the first third siren. Double goalscorer Alex Andergasser and Brian Belcastro gave the home team a 3-1 lead. Kaltern didn't let up in the middle section either and secured the preliminary decision with goals from Michael Felderer and Stevie Pelletier (outnumbered). Lorenzo Casetti gave another sign of life with Pergine's second goal in 36.48. However, there was no successful chase from the guests. Although Devid Piffer reduced the score to 51.32:3 after 5 minutes, Kaltern didn't let anything go in the final minutes.
