Final Four Italian Cup: Top ice hockey in Klobenstein this weekend

The presidents of the Italian Ice Sports Federation (FISG) and the Ice Hockey League (LIGH) Giancarlo Bolognini and Tommaso Teofoli as well as the mayor of Ritten Paul Lintner and the managing director of Ritten Sport, Thomas Rottensteiner, were present at the press conference. Event sponsor Renault Trucks was represented by Stefano Ciccone and Roberto Sterza, Raiffeisen by Burkhard Benardi.

In Klobenstein everything is ready for the Final Four of the Italian Cup, in which the four best clubs in the Elite.A championship will face each other this year. In addition to the home team from Ritten Sport Renault Trucks, who had already secured their participation in the Final Four as hosts, another South Tyrolean team, the Fiat Professional Wolves, was able to get their ticket to the semi-finals. The field of participants at the weekend is completed by the reigning Italian champion Migross Asiago, as well as last year's winner Valpellice Bodino Engineering.

Everything new in the Arena Ritten

With the top-class line-up, top-class ice hockey is guaranteed in the Arena Ritten in Klobenstein on the weekend. A new lighting system was installed in the “Rittner Buam” home and two large screens were installed to create more atmosphere and atmosphere. This is intended to show - as was also emphasized by the presidents of the Italian Ice Sports Association and the Ice Hockey League - that towns in South Tyrol are also able to stage and enhance major events.

The Final Four opens on Saturday with the two semi-final games. At 16 p.m. there will be an explosive clash between the Fiat Professional Wolves and Migross Asiago, two teams that are known for always having a tough duel.

At 19.30 p.m. the home team from Ritten Sport Renaul Trucks will make their big appearance. The “Buam” want to make it into the final against Valpellice Bodino Engineering. Meanwhile, the grand final will take place on Sunday, December 1st at 15 p.m. and will be broadcast live by RAI Sport.

In addition to thrilling ice hockey matches, the organizers in Klobenstein entice visitors with a colorful supporting program that leaves nothing to be desired over the two days. After the games, Albi DJ and DJ Nik Helium will provide the atmosphere in the Bar Arena on Saturday (from 21 p.m.) and Sunday (from 17 p.m.).

As far as tickets are concerned, there are several options for spectators: the ticket for a semi-final game on Saturday costs 12 euros (reduced price for 10-18 years: 8 euros), while the ticket for both semi-final games costs 18 euros (reduced price: 12 euros). The entrance fee for the final on Sunday, however, is 15 euros.
