HCB signs Nicoletti - Hofer sorted out - Egger injured

Shortly before the EBEL transfer deadline, HCB Südtirol signed Italian-Canadian defender Davide Nicoletti from Serie A club Valpellice. At the same time, Roland Hofer was removed from the squad and Taylor Vause was re-registered. Alexander Egger, however, will not be available to the White-Reds for at least two weeks. The captain injured his upper body in the final game of the Olympic qualification against Great Britain in Cortina on Sunday.
