After the derby triumph in Bolzano, the Wolves went into the showdown with Milan with full confidence. While the home team was able to call on all the squad players, the Lombards had to provide an extremely important player in Andreas Lutz. The HCP set a very high pace from the start, but were unable to crack the tight Milanese defense. It was only a double majority situation that caused Milan to falter: Pat Kavanagh was initially denied by Raycroft, but then Max Oberrauch showed himself to be callous and scored to make it 1-0. However, the Da Rin team was not intimidated and equalized three seconds before the first buzzer with a power play goal from Marvin Degon. The game remained on a knife's edge until the 29th minute, when Christian Mair gave the Wolves the lead again. The defender only scored on Saturday in Bolzano. Now the HCP showed its best side and increased to 36.28-3 after 1 minutes with a sharp diagonal shot from Pat Iannone. At the beginning of the final third, Pat Kavanagh was denied by the extremely strong Raycroft. A little later they had to admit defeat when Keith Seabrook scored the fourth goal for the Puster team. Now the last resistance of the guests was broken and HC Pustertal was given the opportunity to further increase the result. Christian Willeit grabbed this and sank the hard rubber disc into the goal to make it 5-1. The final upset was caused by the referees, who clarified a controversial situation in front of Aubin's goal using video evidence. In the end, the Wolves remained safely 5-1.

One thing in advance: the spectators in the Scola Stadium were almost treated to goals on a conveyor belt. This may be primarily because both Fassa and Bozen had a lot to make up for after their recent defeats against Valpellice and Pustertal respectively. The Trentino team had to provide two important players, Greg Kuznik and Petr Kalus, while the champions were able to put together their best line-up. At first, Fassa tried to take control of the game, but Bozen always remained dangerous with quick counterattacks. This was also the case in the fifth minute of the game, when Christian Walcher gave Fassa goalie Frank Doyle the lead for the first time. Afterwards, Brian McCutcheon's boys really turned up the heat and narrowly missed the second goal several times. When this period of pressure had evaporated, the home team struck twice. Jakub Sindel (16.39) and Stefano Margoni (17.01) turned the game on its head within 22 seconds. Two minutes before the first break, Markus Gander took advantage of a lack of attention in the opposing defense to make it 2-2. This was the former Sterzinger's first goal in the HCB jersey. At the beginning of the middle period, the white and red were able to operate with double the number, but the puck still hit Günther Hell's goal. Jakub Sindel completed a quick counterattack to make it 3-2. The Fassa lead lasted until the 27th minute before Enrico Dorigatti pushed a rebound over the line. In the second half of the middle third, Bolzano's third attack line made the preliminary decision: Anton Bernard first scored to make it 4:3, then Marco Insam and again Gander increased it to 6:3. In the final third, Bozen slowed down again and cleverly controlled the encounter. The final highlight was provided by Mark McCutcheon, who scored to make the final score 7:3.

An interesting showdown took place in the Odegar Stadium in Asiago, where the home team welcomed Ritten Sport. Asiago did not feature Chris Di Domenico, who will be out for at least a month after breaking his wrist. The recovered Matteo Tessari took his place in the first line. Lorenzo Casetti, on the other hand, celebrated his debut in the Asiago jersey. Ritten also went into the match weakened due to the absences of Ryan Ramsay, Markus Hafner and Matteo Rasom. Meanwhile, Alex Frei returned to the team. Ritten, in the person of Greg Jacina, started like a fire engine and led 2-0 after just two and a half minutes. Both goals were scored by the striker. Asiago only slowly found its way into the game and repeatedly had a lot of trouble with the Ritten counterattacks. It wasn't until the final minute of the first third that Tessari scored. In the second half of the game, Asiago pushed for the equalizer with all its might. This finally succeeded two minutes before the second break when Layne Ulmer scored to make it 2-2. In the final third, Sean Bentivoglio caused a stir with a shot that hit the post. At this point, Ritten was trying to get his defensive game in order and repeatedly tried to create danger with counterattacks. With two minutes left, Jacina had the chance to decide the game. But his shot on goal was thwarted by Tordjman and Sullivan. So both teams had to go into overtime. There, Paul Zanette finally caused the “sudden death” of the Rittners and secured two points for Asiago.

For the first time in weeks, Cortina offered JP Levasseur at the duel, but the place between the posts was once again taken by Renè Baur. It was the outstanding Cortina striker who increased the score to 3-0 at the start of the second third. Valpellice showed no reaction afterwards and even had to accept the fourth goal from Stanislav Gron. In the final third, Cortina managed the result cleverly and only allowed one goal from Brodie Dupont. The Ampezzan team's third win of the season was thus secured.

While Pontebba was able to make the most of the home game against Alleghe, visiting coach Tom Pokel had to do without Nicola Fontanive, Gino Guyer and Alberto Fontanive at his old place of work. The game started at an extremely poor level. One of the few highlights came from Nicholas Kuiper, who completed a solo to make it 1-0 for Alleghe. In the second third, Pontebba stepped up a gear and equalized through Patrick Rizzo. Then, however, Alleghe appeared again: Jeff Lo Vecchio and Carlo Lorenzi scored a quick one-two for a two-goal lead. In the final third, Sean McMonagle finally made the decision. After exemplary preparatory work from Veggiato, he drove the puck into the net to make it 4-1. Alleghe was able to celebrate an important away win, while Pontebba once again left the ice as a loser.

On the 14th matchday of Serie A, the Wolves extended their lead in the table with a home win against the Lombards. The pursuers Ritten and Valpellice gave up in Asiago and at home against Cortina. HC Bozen scored seven times against Fassa, while Pontebba also lost out against Alleghe.
