Without bonus points in the pick round: HCB loses in Villach

One point would have been enough for the HCB against Villach to move up to fourth place and take one point for the second round. As it is, the Foxes finish the basic round in fifth place and start the pick round with zero points. However, by taking part in the intermediate round of the top 6, the people of Bolzano already have the play-off ticket in their pocket.

Tor festival in Villach Ritten loan player Ivan Tauferer made his debut for the Foxes against Villach.
