This wolf spell is broken

In order to keep the upper hand in the deserted Messestadion in Dornbirn after 60 one-sided minutes, Raimo Helminen's team didn't have to use all of their skills. The Bulldogs, led by Kai Suikkanen, hardly put up any resistance, and Vorarlberg's performance was out of the question, especially on offense. The guests from South Tyrol had an easy game, never left any doubts about their victory and ultimately celebrated a 4-0 win.

In addition to goalie Tomas Sholl, who defused all 22 shots, the nominal third line of attackers around Dante Hannoun, Max Gerlach and Jakob Stukel became the protagonists. HC Pustertal managed to keep their own goal clean in the ICE Hockey League for the first time on Friday evening in the 25th attempt. The Wolves achieved this thanks to an easy win against the shockingly weak Dornbirn Bulldogs.
