With heart, passion and a little “luck”

Heart and passion: These two attributes have often been missed by the people of Bolzano in recent weeks. Since coach Doug Mason was fired, the Foxes seem to be returning to the basic virtues of ice hockey. Against Vienna, the Talferstadt team, coached by Fabio Armani and Alexander Egger, had to leave the ice as losers on Friday, but they defeated Graz 3-2 on Sunday evening.

Against the Austrians, the more than 1700 fans in the ice wave saw a thrilling fight in which Bozen was anything but brilliant in terms of play, but the passion and fight led to a “threesome”. HCB Südtirol Alperia is back on the winning road. Thanks to an enormous display of willpower, the Foxes scored three points again in the ice wave against the Graz99ers on Sunday afternoon and thus took a first step out of the crisis.
