Felicetti is actually at home with the Fassa Falcons in the Alps Hockey League, where he has played well this season so far. 15 appearances and 12 scorer points (4 goals, 8 assists) are clear evidence of this. It's clear that such performances have put him in the spotlight of other clubs, especially HC Bozen, which has struggled with personnel problems in recent days and therefore borrowed Felicetti. And the 21-year-old wing promptly continued in the ICE Hockey League where he started in the AlpsHL: In the 4-1 win over Red Bull Salzburg, Felicetti brought the Foxes up to 2-1 with his first ICE goal the winning road. A special goal for the young striker, but also for HC Bozen: no player born in 2000 or younger had ever scored for the Foxes before. In general, Felicetti seems to bring luck to the white and red: he has now appeared in the Bolzano jersey four times, and each time he left the ice as the winner. Leonardo Felicetti has already left his impressive business card behind. The relegated one Luciano Basile (HC Pustertal) It was already known in Bruneck before the start of the season that the adventure on the ICE would not be an easy undertaking. Now, in the course of the first break in the championship, a first interim conclusion can be drawn, whereby it is clear: HC Pustertal has not yet arrived in the new league. With 12 points from 16 games, the Wolves hold the red lantern in their hands. The Black and Yellows are rarely drastically inferior and have lost seven of the last eight games by just one goal difference - but at the end of the day it is the points that count. And you have (too) few of them in your account. Whether it is the higher level, the local players' difficulties in adapting or one or two bad purchases that has caused the HCP engine to stall so far is debatable. Probably a little bit of everything. But it is also a fact that coach Luciano Basile did his part to ensure that his now former team underperformed. The Italian-Canadian was relieved of his duties on Tuesday evening. After 16 games, no clear system could be identified, which could also be because the lines were changed practically in every game. And whether he did himself a favor with statements like the one after the Linz game (“Yesterday our goalie didn’t have his best day”) in the dressing room? In any case, the voices of the critics did not become quieter - on the contrary. After the 10th defeat in a row and a whopping 46 days without a full point win, those responsible had no choice but to part with Basile. The arrival of the two new imports gives the HCP hope Max Gerlach and Greg Carey , which are intended to set sail in a new direction. However, Basile will no longer be in command on board, but his successor, who is still being sought.
