Pustertal's top scorer has a new employer

While HC Pustertal is busy working on the squad for the new season, its former top scorer has signed on with a new club.

In the summer of 2022, Olivier Archambault dared to make the leap across the pond for the first time: The French Canadian signed up for HC Pustertal, but had a disappointing season with the Wolves. The former fourth-round draft pick of the Montreal Canadiens became the top scorer with 45 points in 42 matches, but even with him you always had the feeling: There could actually be a lot more going on here. Archambault liked to go into hiding, especially in crucial moments.

It is not surprising that the HCP and the North American parted ways after the end of the season. Now the winger has found a new club: He will play for the Slovakian first division club HK Spisska Nova Ves next season. Last year this club made it to the semi-finals. Now Archambault wants to create brilliant moments there.
