Opening victory: Title favorite Meran gets off to a perfect start

HC Meran lived up to its role as favorite on the first matchday of the IHL season. In Alleghe, the Eagles had a tough start, but ultimately won clearly. Brixen also started the new season perfectly thanks to a 4-1 win.
