Germany is defeated by outsiders – Russia beats Denmark

At the Ice Hockey World Cup in Latvia, the German national team was unable to carry the momentum from the historic victory over Canada and had to admit defeat to Kazakhstan in a close game. Meanwhile, Russia overcame Denmark with a 3-0 victory.
