NHL: Edmonton parts ways with head coach McLellan - Hitchcock takes over

The Edmonton Oilers reacted on Tuesday to the ongoing decline in the North American professional league NHL and parted ways with head coach Todd McLellan (51), veteran coach Ken Hitchcock (66) is taking over with the Canadians with immediate effect.
