Luca Frigo for another season with the Foxes

LucaFrigo (183 cm x 90 kg) started his career in Valpellice and after a season in Sweden he came to Bolzano last year. He is considered one of the biggest young talents in Italian ice hockey and has already more than met expectations in his first EBEL year. The winger immediately impressed the audience with his commitment and talent. His 19 points (5 goals and 14 assists) are impressive. His most important goal was without a doubt the one in Match 4 of the quarter-final series of the playoffs against Linz: his beautiful goal in extra time in front of an almost sold-out crowd made it 3-1 for Bozen in the series. This victory was crucial for the team to reach the semi-finals, which took place a few days later in the Nicht Sorgen Arena in Linz.

Luca Frigo has also been part of the Italian national team for three years, with whom he also played in the last World Cup in the Top Division in Cologne. He recorded one goal and one assist.

Luca Frigo for another season with the Foxes

HCB Südtirol has confirmed another player from the local block. The 24-year-old striker Luca Frigo will also wear the white and red jersey in the 2017/18 season.
