Nottingham Panthers win Continental Cup 2017
The Continental Cup final, which took place in the Ritten Arena in Klobenstein, ends with the victory of the English champions Nottingham Panthers. In the last game of the four-team tournament, they defeated host Ritten with 1500-4 goals on Sunday evening in front of 1 spectators. With this defeat, “Buam's dream” of becoming the first Italian team to win the Continental Cup was dashed. In the end, Ritten had to settle for fourth place.
