Ritten in chorus: “Now we’re really celebrating”

It was shortly before midnight on Monday evening, when the last fans left the ice surface drunk with joy and the team staff collected sticks, gloves and helmets. The well-known song was still echoing from the catacombs of the Ritten Arena: “This is what winners look like…” It was the Rittners Buam, who loudly celebrated their historic title win in the Alps Hockey League. Before the newly crowned master players headed off into the party night and really started their marathon of celebrations, we went to catch votes again.
