Ritten is the league leader again

After the rigors of the Continental Cup, the Rittner Buam needed a sense of success in the AHL again. Against bottom team KAC II, Tommaso Travesa scored the opening goal in the 9th minute. Oscar Ahlströhm increased the score to 2-0 in the middle third. Most of the goals in the final third came within two minutes: First, Victor Ahlström gave the visitors a 3-0 lead on a power play, and 30 seconds later Benjamin Rassl scored a consolation goal. In the final phase, the home team took the goalie off the ice and Markus Spinell promptly made the final score 4-1.

After a defeat and a win in extra time, Ritten got the full three points for the first time on Saturday. The first leg at the end of September went to Buam 6-1.

Ritten is the league leader again

With a mandatory win against KAC II, the Rittner Buam take back the lead in the Alps Hockey League. The Carinthians remain at the bottom.
