Ritten knows his opponents in the Continental Cup

The Rittner, who also hosted the Super Final in Klobenstein in January this year, were again awarded the contract to host one of the two semi-final rounds of the 2017-18 Continental Cup in June. The Lehtonen squad will play in Group E from November 17th to 19th in Klobenstein with the French champions Grenoble Bruleurs de Loups, the Kazakhs from Nomad Astana and Jegesmedvek Miskolc. The Hungarian champions qualified for the third round in Klobenstein at the weekend as winners of Group C. Miskolc won all three games very confidently. At the start they beat the Hungarians against the Spaniards from San Sebastian 5-0, then they defeated Zvezda Belgrade 4-1 and on Sunday they also defeated the Romanian hosts Corona Brasov 3-0.

Ritten will always play its games at prime time, i.e. in the evening at 20 p.m. On Friday there will be games against Grenoble Bruleurs de Loups, on Saturday and Sunday there will be games against Nomad Astana and Jegesmedvek Miskolc.

The winner and the group runner-up from Klobenstein, as well as the first two teams in the second semi-final in Denmark, will then qualify for the super final, which will take place from January 12th to 14th, 2018. The venue still has to be defined.
