WSV Sterzing will play the first South Tyrolean test match on Friday, August 22nd in the Weihenstephan Arena against Bad Nauheim. The following day, the Broncos take part in a four-way tournament in Bietigheim with the hosts, the Nuremberg Ice Tigers and Strasbourg. Every Saturday, August 23rd, HC Neumarkt celebrates its season debut in the Würth Arena against the Triple A college team.

Champion Ritten will face Ravensburg away on Friday, August 29th, while vice-champions Pustertal will celebrate their season opener in Bruneck a day later, on Saturday, August 30th: The Wolves will host the Innsbruck Haie at 20.30:XNUMX p.m.

From Wednesday Dolomites Cup In South Tyrol, however, the game starts on Wednesday. The season opener is traditionally the international Dolomites Cup, which will be held again this year in Neumarkt and Bruneck, but this time without South Tyrolean participation. The tournament in Bruneck begins on Wednesday, August 20th with the match between Stefan Mair's Schwenninger Wild Wings and EHC Olten. The final is scheduled for four days later in Neumarkt.
