The 89th derby between Ritten Sport and the Pusterer Wölfe ended on Saturday evening with a clear 4-0 win for the Ritten team. He will find an entry in the history books as he ended a ten-game winning streak for the HCP. The Rittner's victory was also helped by the fact that Pustertal's regular goalie Jean Sebastien Aubin was out of action due to flu. Philipp Kosta took his place between the posts. Matteo Rasom returned to the team for the home team on Saturday, while they continued to have to play defender Markus Hafner. Things were very rough in the first third, as evidenced by a total of 26 penalty minutes imposed. Otherwise there were no significant opportunities to note. The second part of the game was at a much higher level in terms of play. In the 26th minute, the Rittners took the lead thanks to a very eye-catching Lorenz Daccordo. It was Daccordo's sixth goal in the current championship. The Pusterers had the answer ready with Ben Guitè, but the puck hit the crossbar. On the other side, the home side did better again, increasing to 30.56-2 with Domenico Perna after 0 minutes. When Emanuel Scelfo scored the third goal for the “Buam” at the beginning of the third period, a preliminary decision had been made. Dan Tudin's 4-0 win in the 47th minute meant the final break for the Wolves. In the final phase things got tougher again on the ice. Alex Frei, Ruben Rampazzo and Keith Seabrook's tempers boiled over a bit. But the result in the 89th derby ended in nothing. Despite the defeat, the Wolves remain the superior league leaders with 30 points from eleven games.

Once again the hosts played with one more man on the ice. Fassa tried to react, but at the latest Tordjman was the last stop for the Ladin attackers. It remained a narrow home win for Asiago, which is very important for morale.

Valpellice can thank captain Trevor Johnson that the home game against Pontebba did not end in a huge surprise. He converted the decisive penalty in the shootout, which gave the home team two points. Valpellice was missing defender Slavomir Tomko, who is suffering from physical problems. Additionally, Anthony Aquino was unable to play due to suspension, while Italian-American defender Paul Baier's debut was put on hold. However, Felice Giugliano was unable to play at Pontebba, while Czech attacker Petr Sachl made his first appearance for his new employer. Even before the match really got going, the home team took the lead. Sirianni took advantage of a blunder by the visitors' defense after just 45 seconds. It was his tenth goal in the current championship. It didn't take long for the guests to respond, but Weissman's shot hit the post. After this moment of shock, the home team got back together and it was Nick Anderson who increased the score to 18-2 in the 0th minute. Less than four minutes had been played in the second half of the game when new acquisition Sachl reduced the score to 2-1 with a deflected shot. After just five minutes in the third period, Brian Ihnacak restored Valpellice's two-goal lead. But Pontebba didn't give up and came back through Rok Pajic midway through the final period. The guests played with one more man, the assist came from the striking Sachl's bat. 76 seconds before the end of regular time, Pajic even managed to equalize with the advantage, which was more than deserved at that point. It went into extra time, but it also ended goalless. Thanks to the victory, Valpellice remains in second place in the table.

The Ampezzanians again announced goalie JP Levasseur, while attacker Ryan Dingle returned to the team. Alleghe was missing Alberto Fontanive, Gino Guyer, Nicola Fontanive and Sean McMonagle. For Alleghe's Jonas Johansson, it was the first match against his former club. The derby was less than five minutes old when the bell rang for the first time. Stanislav Gron gave the home team the lead. But the joy only lasted another four minutes when Jeff LoVecchio equalized. Cortina subsequently tried to take back control. But after the break, LoVecchio Alleghe shot into the lead again. Things got even bleaker for Coach Beddoes' team when Johansson even increased the score to 3-1. At least Ryan Dingle made it 3-2 eight seconds before the end of the second period. This meant there was a lot of fire back in the game for the third period. Cortina set off offensive fireworks there, but Adam Dennis destroyed all of the Ampezzans' attacking efforts. Even having one more man on the ice in the final phase when the goalie was taken off the field didn't help. On the other side, Daniele Veggiato almost made it 4-2, but his shot hit the post of the empty goal.
