As on the previous matchday, the home team had to make do without Mirko Quinz and Markus Kofler. Aaron Pitschieler was missing from Val Gardena, while Davide Holzknecht and Rupert Stampfer celebrated their season debuts. Kaltern started the game on the second day better: in the 5.51 minute, Matias Loppi gave the Überetscher a 1-0 lead. However, Val Gardena put pressure on and Benjamin Bregenzer equalized in the power play. The tie was short-lived, however, as Lorenz Röggl scored for Kaltern just under a minute later. However, Coach Kostner's team didn't give up so easily and in the 49.45 minute Ryan Gaucher made it 2-2. Shortly before the siren sounded, Lorenz Röggl made it 3-2 for the home team.

Ev Bozen appeared in the ice wave without Alex Pancheri, while Doug McKay had to do without Ivan Althuber, Alexander Weiss, Michael Guarise and Stefan Kobler. At the beginning the match was relatively even. Shortly before the first siren sounded, EV Bozen was able to take advantage of a numerical advantage and score 1-0 with Stanislav Jasecko. In the second third, the White and Blacks proved to be much more stubborn: While Daniel Rizzi scored the 20.43-1 draw in the 1 minute, Viktor Wallin gave the guests the lead around three minutes later. In the final third, the game between EV Bozen and HC Meran really got down to business: between the 47th and 50th minutes, captain Ansoldi gave Meran the lead for a short time, before Oliver Schenk reduced the score to 2:3 and Daniel Rizzi again scored Passerstädter met. Dylan Stanley managed to score the next goal for the Bolzano club, but it was ultimately brought to its knees by the Merano team.

Eppan was able to make full use of the second matchday. The Broncos, however, were once again missing defender Luca Scardoni. At the beginning of the first third the guests took the lead with a goal from Florian Wieser, but in the 18.07 minute Jake Newton scored the equalizer for Eppan. The Pirates definitely applied more pressure in the second period, but were unable to take advantage of opportunities from Stefan Unterkofler, who hit the goal post, and Jake Newton on the power play. The goal to make it 2-1 finally came in the first 44 seconds of the final third. The yellow-blues were able to take advantage of the majority situation and Jan Waldner netted a shot back from Newton. Ten minutes before the end, Alex Jaitner finally made the final score 3-1.
