Asiago - Eppan

“Eppan warmed up to the showdown with Asiago in the pre-playoff against Cortina, so the Pirates can certainly pull off a surprise at the start of the series. In the long run, however, Asiago is unlikely to have any problems, also because the team has numerous experienced cracks, such as Borrelli and Ulmer. At Eppan, the focus is particularly on Hazen; with him, the club's officials have achieved a real transfer coup. But I would also like to mention goalkeeper Vallini, who is having a really strong season despite his young age.”

Milan – Valpellice

“This is probably the most even quarter-final duel. Both teams have the potential to win the series, although Milan may have a slight advantage given their performances in recent months. The decisive factor will be how the Valpe players tackle the knockout phase and whether they find the necessary consistency.”

Ritten – Val Gardena

“With the signing of DiBenedetto, Ritten has further strengthened its already outstanding squad. Coach Raymond has countless players at his disposal who know how to win championships - from Rissmiller, who can make the difference in every game, to the local cracks like Gruber, Borgatello, Ansoldi and Felicetti. The Buam also have interesting young players in their ranks. That's why I'm making up my mind: Ritten is the number one candidate for the title for me. Maybe I'm wrong and Val Gardena will pull off a big surprise in the quarter-finals. The Ladins got back on track just in time and are extremely unpleasant opponents, especially at home.”

Pustertal – Vipiteno

“The Wolves have the semi-finals in their own hands, as long as they don't make the big mistake and underestimate Vipiteno. The Broncos have already defeated several supposed favorites this season and will certainly do everything they can to become a surprise team in the semi-finals. Standing in their way will be Jerry Kuhn, who in my opinion is the best goalkeeper in the league. With him, Pustertal has a very clear trump card up its sleeve. Due to the higher quality of the entire squad, the people of Bruneck are certainly the favorites in this duel.”
