Vipiteno Broncos fight but lose

At the beginning of the first third the guests dominated, Vipiteno went into the match on Thursday evening somewhat cautiously. Before the first break, Marcel Wolf scored in the 14th minute to make it 0-1. The almost 500 spectators saw, apart from the first third, fighting wild horses who had the equalizer several times. Sterzing was the team that set the tone, especially in the final third, but the conversion of chances (35 shots on goal) could still be improved.

Vipiteno Broncos fight but lose

EC Bregenzerwald brought the Broncos to their knees at the end of the first game day of the new AHL season in the Weihenstephan Arena in Vipiteno. With 2:3, Sterzing started the championship with a home defeat.
