Asked by reporters whether he had thought about what it would be like to lift the trophy at London's Wembley Stadium, Kane said: "Of course as a player you think about this moment, you dream about this moment. “He has dreamed of winning titles for his country since he was a child,” said the 27-year-old Tottenham striker. The English are in a European Championship final for the first time ever. “This is the biggest game in my career so far, probably even the biggest game of all our careers,” said Kane, who also played in a Champions League final with his club in 2019 (0-2 against Liverpool). “I think it will be a 50-50 game. Of course we believe we can win the game. But we also know that it will be very hard. They have some great players with great experience.” If the “Three Lions” actually win, they would win only their second title after the 1966 World Cup – also at Wembley. The British broadcaster BBC calculated that 55 years, 302 international matches and 144.000 miles traveled have passed since then to underline the historical dimension. “We have to be excited and look forward to it.
